2004
The Dream
In 2004, our founder, WP Strauss, had a vivid dream in which the words GSP – God Shall Provide were revealed. At the time, we had no way of knowing that this vision would one day become the name and foundation of a growing, family-run logistics company built on faith, grit, and purpose.
Over the next several years, WP continued to work full-time in logistics, gaining experience, learning the business, the roads and the value of dependable service.
2015
Taking the Leap
In 2015, WP and his wife Suritha took a bold step of faith and founded GSP Logistics. With no fleet of trucks and no safety net, we started as transport brokers, connecting clients with reliable freight solutions. Financing was a major hurdle in those early days, but with persistence and God’s provision, we pressed on.
2017
The First Truck
Financing was one of our biggest challenges, but step by step, doors opened, and by 2017, GSP Logistics was able to purchase its first truck – a major milestone that allowed the company to move from brokering to operating.
2018
A Family Business Built on Faith
In 2018, our son joined the business, making GSP a truly family-run operation. Together, we poured our energy into building a transport company rooted in excellence, purpose, and people.
Now celebrating 10 years in business, we are proud to be a faith-driven, family-run business, committed to making a difference through integrity, trust, and exceptional service.

Our Mission is Simple
To provide safe, reliable, and efficient freight and cargo transport across the Western, Nothern and Eastern Cape, while upholding the values of faith, integrity, and family.
